Personality
⇀ Description
Charlie is a long, lanky kind of dude. His skin is absolutely awful- flushed bright pink almost all the time, sweaty, and full of acne. Can you blame him though? Hell is hot. His hair is a greasy, dirty blonde color. He's got greyish blue eyes and a pointy, but not especially prominent, nose. His teeth are noticeably a bit crooked, but not horribly so. He's always got a horrible grin on his face.
Charlie is a whiny jerk, honestly. He reluctantly goes through the motions of his job, since he really has no escape from it, but he does so complaining every step of the way. He messes with people just for fun. He dishes out roasts like he's helping out at a soup kitchen but gets whiny when he's dealt a roast himself. He's smug, sleazy, and stuck-up. But he does have positives as well: he's funny, actually does his job, and, despite being universally annoying to his uppers, they'd rather keep him around than get rid of him.

Chalie's hat is red with a shiny black visor. There's a braided yellow gold decoration that goes around the entire hat. On the top, an upside-down five-pointed star is attached to the middle. The star can be replaced with a desk bell- either is fine.
His jacket mostly red with yellow lining on the inside, and yellow flame-like details on the sleaves. The back part of his jacket is longer than the front and comes to a point. He wears a sweat-stained yellow dress shirt under his jacket. His jacket is only buttoned at the very bottom- he overheats if it's all the way buttoned up. His jacket has three spikes on each shoulder. He wears a black bowtie. He wears black dress pants and black and white wingtip shoes.
When not in uniform, he wears black sweatpants and a sweat-stained gray tank top. He's got small, nubby horns at the top of his head and a classic devil tail. He has very little body hair and no facial hair.
