traits: Very, very obsessed with anything he does. Everything needs to be perfect and done correctly. He will keep repeating things until he gets them done right. If you try to stop him from doing something, he tends to lash out violently and chances are, you'll be on his shit list for life. On the rare occasions where something doesn't go according to plan, he panics. Has trouble accepting others opinions. It is very difficult for him to lie. He tends to repeat himself.
mental health: Has to plan every detail of every day in order to live it right, a form of OCD. If something goes wrong he is subject to panic attacks.

history ; Born in Crystal Cave, taken to Black Sand Boardwalk by Shade (Bru) to live with his father Jigsaw. Took up a position as guard for the lands. While pursuing an escaped slave, County found himself suddenly in Geysir. He pushed the escaped mare into a geyser, the action caught by a mare new to Wild Equines. They talked and it was awkward, as most things involving County were, and she told him that her name was Talia. She spoke of having to do something, of looking for something, but when County offered to help she turned him down. And then she decided that it was time for her to leave which made County feel weird because he kind of didn't want her to leave. She also said one last thing before she left. Abruptly, over her shoulder, she told him her real name. Lokasenna (Revolver). And then she told him not to make her regret telling him that. And he decided that he wouldn't. She had trusted him with her name and he didn't want to hurt her. After all, just like he had told her (multiple times because he tended to repeat himself), he wasn't evil. So the two went their separate ways after County called out the name of his home, Black Sand Boardwalk, just in case she ever needed a place to stay. And maybe he just wanted to see her again. Maybe.
