OOOUGH... SO SOGGY
I'LL WRITE A PROPER BIO LATER BUT!!! Basically he's an inkling with a really weird condition in which if he gets wet, he doesn't disintegrate, he just gets reaaally soggy, kinda like a sponge. to treat this, he has to get crisped n fried to function
