Intense at first glance, Archibald is a considerably relaxed and laid-back character once understood. In a conversation with a stranger, they may be blunt, only aiding their more "scary" demeanor. But truthfully, Archibald isn't too sure how best to approach social situations with those he is not close to, often settling to just be straightforward and toss aside any flowery details. With those they are close to, they are quite simple and modest.
Archibald is an avid literature fan, and is often reading in his spare moments. It also enjoys music, and will frequently play songs in the background of whatever activity he is attending to. For his job, Archibald works as a meteorologist. Secretly, it runs a podcast, reading books for its audience to fall asleep to.

✧ First Face : The World.
Sporting a resting bitch face almost 24/7, Archibald is easily labelled by strangers as intimidating, or bad tempered. Archibald's often curt, monotone way of speaking to strangers certainly doesn't help his case.
Presenting as unsociable and aloof, Archibald is stern and intense to those not used to them. They make no effort to fix this, not feeling that it needs to be fixed, and rather preferring it.
The main reason for this is one of Archibald's main belief entering a social interaction. You can't please everyone. Archibald finds no point in faking appearances, adding padding to his words, and dancing around certain topics. Sure, it might work with some people, but not everyone. Why waste energy?
✧ Second Face: Close ones.
To those close to it, Archibald is actually quite the simple feline. They have simple desires, lives a simple life, and likes simple things. Their cold-seeming exterior is nothing like their rather modest, true self. He is geninue, and his tendenacy to be blunt leads to just as deeply caring moments with those he cares about. They are straight forward with their thoughts and emotions, good and bad, although they know how to bite their tongue or sugar coat their words if need be.
Archibald is laid-back and relaxed, never taking things too personally and just going with the flow. Things are simpler that way, and it likes simple. The most disruption to the simple things are tackling Archibald's more.. impulsive side. It mainly comes out when they come across an interesting book online-- the 'need' to buy it immediately is hard to resist. Most times, he can't be bothered resisting it.
✧ Third Face: True Reflection.
All this love for the simple life and a laid-back personality comes with some.. negative tendencies. Archibald is a tad lazy, avoiding exerting himself if he feels it unnecessary. They want to live a life of pleasure and comfort, and stress and work just.. isn't a part of that daydream. If Archibald really needs to do something, he'll do it, but.. only one he deems it right. Which.. is usually much later than it should have been done.
Archibald is also relatively introverted, finding the need to recharge after prolonged interaction with others face to face. Often times, in avoidance of having to recharge, it will practically lock itself away, minding its own business. It will get lost in whatever they are currently reading, only stopping to briefly text a response or two to a friend (namely Cicero), or will priortise the development of his latest pot of soup rather than any work reports.
Archibald feels slightly guilty for some of this. He doesn't reach out to others much. Its a conflict for them, as they feel both guilty and bothered by it, but just as content being isolated.

— though, this presents as a more lanky than elegant and willowy appearance. they can't seem to put on more weight, which he is a bit self-conscious about.

— archibald's most striking (and most "intense") feature about them is their usually wide, vibrantly colored eyes.
— what causes most to describe its eyes as startling are their sharp, contracted pupils. just as 'startling' is the vibrant pink color.
Fur. thick, feathery; cream, beige, reddish/purpleish
— thick, feathery locks of fur frame the sides of archibald's face and create a curtain of fluff as their tail.
— archibald personally flaunts his soft, feathery pelt as his best feature. it is extremely difficult to mantain however. just brushing that monster of a tail takes at least an hour (on a good morning).
