A royal peacock, and librarian to Gongmen City. Lord Xiu has no relation to Lord Shen or his parents, and Shen even enjoys visiting Xiu to bother her, often trying to convince her to join his side in taking over China.
Her personality is quite stern and anti-social, usually preferring to stay to herself. She dislikes loud noises.
