STARBURST
is a known and beloved captain and celebrity from Redshift-7. An oozekin, they use their eye-catching colors and bubbly personality to win the hearts of many. After recently losing their crew by means which they have yet to disclose, they are desperate to keep this one. The Captain is often seen as ditzy and naïve, always believing in the best of people.
Many find it difficult to take them seriously. They are seen annoying and off-putting to most non-fans, and even a bit full of themselves.

Outwardly they are incredibly friendly! A trickster who thrives off being the center of attention.. most of the time. They are loud and outspoken, often doing things ' just because it's funny. ' Starburst will often act outlandishly and finds it difficult to hold their tongue. Despite this, they're often seen as cowardly and afraid, especially if they know a foe can physically dominate them.

Facial features
Soft features with rounder, chubbier cheeks. A small round nose, larger rounded eyes with white droopy eye lashes. They have some type of piercing on the bridge of their nose. An assortment of glitter and stickers and white freckles.
Tattoos
None! Ink doesn't hold on their 'skin' - they've always wanted tattoos though.
Piercings
One on the bridge of their nose, classic ear piercing and an industrial, bellybutton, and tongue.
Wardrobe
Pink, glittery, very techwear meets kidcore type energy. They have lots of utility straps, little bags full of material components, gloves, they love having gold accents on all their clothing. Lots of mismatched cute hair pieces.
Design notes
- has heterochromia ; one blue eye one yellow eye. they both turn pink when magic is used.
- has no scars ; because they don't have any meaty flesh bits as the kids say.
- puts stickers everywhere. on their weapon, arcane focus, clothing, face, on other people.
- hair can be any size and shape ; its very malleable and gooey. their body can also morph (they cant get taller)
Story
Story
Redshift-7 Crew
After losing his previous crew (before the campaign had started) Starburst as well as the remaining members loyal to her put out flyers for a new crew. Which is where the campaign begins! A cargo ship mainly for importing and exporting, they've realized that the missions have been slowly getting more and more dangerous.
After being saved and saving the others, Starburst has grown close to most of their new crew. They are incredibly attached to them; though there have been some.. off-handed comments of past crew members that they don't truly care. Starburst thanks them profusely, relying on them when they need to.
Cerberus
The more dangerous missions have proven to be the most lucrative; though they are a coward and don't intentionally put themselves in this much danger if they dont have to. Starburst shows an incredible ability to get into character however much they can; finding it easy to slip between roles.
When infiltrating Cerberus they seem noticably uncomfortable and show little to no mercy for the people apart of the station. Whether they are aggressive or not; the captain always harbors hostility to the human-lead organization despite their apparent love for Earth.
Racing Arc
Trying to get rid of someone else's debt (Starburst had been out previously; so this mission was sudden and they don't have all the context) they enter a racing tourney to hopefully alleviate it. Getting ready for it was rather simple; afterall, a wizard doesnt have to do much but read a few books. Right?
The race was lethal. Starburst actively killing two (or was it three?) people after recognizing who exactly they were. This lead to them not being seen in the best light- though luckily their identity was hidden. Then getting caught in a blast of an explosion before blacking out and falling off the car.
