Viktor has left his imprint in the Camarilla’s history in the last centuries, with many accomplishments to his name. It’s even known he used to be a Prince in the past, but nowadays his aspirations seem to have changed, or perhaps he simply enjoys watching history happen rather than making history.
Before his arrival to San Francisco, he’s been spotted in Boston, Chicago and, more recently, Las Vegas. Records before his arrival to America are much harder to find, aside from the fact he was the Prince of Stockholm during the 19th century. Nowadays, he acts as the Scourge and advisor of the Prince of San Francisco.
A young Giovanni, practically a fledgling he wouldn't have respect for if he wasn't in a position of power. Although he tries to guide him, and he thinks Dante has interesting ideas, he hasn't shown any ability to actually put them in practice.
A Kitsune he met during his time in Stockholm. Despite her willingness to pull pranks on him, they became allies in their common fight against the Sabbat and the Black Spiral Dancers. They have a good relationship still, with frequent teasing.
