adopts have a 7 day cool-down! selling before will result in me black-listing you for up to 2 weeks.

if reselling, you must price them at however much you bought them for, or if given free, they must be gifted or traded unless art has been added on!

you must price any free characters at however much you spent on them. if you haven’t bought any art, they will be priced at nothing. if you bought one extra piece that costed 200 da points, then their worth will be 200 points until you add more. get it?

you may NOT sell a free character for currency that does not have any added art that you PURCHASED, not given for free via raffle, requests or so on.

They must stay on toyhouse so I can keep track of them!, or at least let me know who the new owner is :)

Ask before redesigning, I usually don’t mind small changes but don’t do anything major please! Accessory removal is completely fine, so no need to ask :D

Please don’t edit stuff onto my designs unless it was made on a base

Don’t add your own TOS on top of mine unless you’ve asked first! ex. Trade backs only

You can be blacklisted if you do not complete an offer that you have made. ex. offered trade & art, did the trade waited on the art, you failed to complete the art and ignored me. 

Designs can be revoked if -
• Traded and the character that was used in the trade for my design was stolen (this is only an option if you’ve had the design less than 30 days and no added art that was bought with money or da points, ac DOES NOT count!)

•Selling/Trading/Gifting a design of mine to someone on my blacklist, this will get you PERMANENTLY blacklisted from owning any of my future designs or commissioning me. This may seem too much, but they are on my blacklist for a reason!! However, if you sold the design to them when they originally weren’t on my blacklist, I will not blacklist you!

blacklist - sapclan/thunderhe4rt, they lied MULTIPLE times about me, harassed me, and block evaded me. i do not want ANYTHING to do with them, so please do not sell ANY of my designs to them, if you do, i will personally blacklist you too.
