DESIGNS BEFORE 2023 :Please Delete or REDESIGN / RESELL what you dont use.

PLEASE pay within 38-48 hours. Notify me if you have issues, otherwise the design will be resold to someone else.

You can resell a design for the price it was purchased + any art that has been added. I do not track the added values of my designs, so when purchasing please use your best judgment. The original value of the design will always be in the Ownership Log as of 1/2/23, exceptions may occur so please ask if you cannot find a value. older designs base value are logged under character permissions.

I do not have or enforce any sale/trade-locking rules. If you receive a design in a trade, you can resell it later. I ask that you be reasonable when pricing a traded design- traded designs revert to the 15$ base value. if they are gifted, this is voided.

Once you own a design of mine, you’re welcome to redesign it, the original design must stay with the updated one and the original artwork cannot be deleted. I strongly prefer you do not make edits on top of my artwork, but you can color/hue adjust my artwork! I prefer any redesigns to be done on new lines/art that are not my own. 

You cannot separate twin designs or alt palettes. If they were sold together, they need to stay together!! 

Characters that fall into Disabled, Poc, or Transgender must be asked to be modified  of their design especially if it is stated in the design or bio. have common sense and dont be insensitive. 

I do not approve/verify more than one toyhouse profile for a character as I was having problems with theft + Co own issues. Please message me with "Character reupload" title and provide proof of purchase if you have issues with a oc.

If you repost a design (either to sell/trade or just showcase) I HIGHLY advise you to watermark the image to protect yourself from theft! Please credit me when using my artwork.

The design itself can be used however you want; you’re welcome to make/commission stickers/merch/etc, so long as the products don’t use my artwork.

NFTs and AI are a universal and permanent “no”; my designs/art/name has never and will never be permitted to be used in NFTs nor AI.
