Flash Magnus (フラッシュ・マグナス・ザ・タイガー) is a tiger that is a son to scientists who specializes in Nuclear Physics that led to their demise. He was soon adopted by Avian Leaders of Zephyr Paradise and as gratitude for raising him well, he decided to protect their floating city for the rest of his life. He is the current leader of ZPDS and the very first non-avian/tiger to lead. Throughout his childhood, he was heavily bullied and discriminated because of his species, majority of kids are picking on him to which his foster parents, Gale and Talon, leaders of Zephyr Paradise, came to rescue and stand up for him. By this, he grew up to be cold and distant from everybody else due to discrimination. His foster parents are the only ones whom he can rely to most of the time.

Flash is reserved, serious, and focused, albeit noble and valiant as well. Though he does not talk very much, he will directly ignore questions or requests that seem in some way pointless or sometimes talks to other people as some sort of avoiding questions. When Flash teams up with others, he becomes more sociable, helping his teammates out, reassuring his trust in them, despite the discrimination he's been getting. He's also very fond of nuclear Physics and otherrelated concepts since he's immune to radiation, considering himself a 'Walking Hazard' and employing archaic-sounding speeches that end up painting him as slightly creepy or dramatic. Initially, Flash is distant from everybody else due to this as many avians avoid to interact with him even the guards. He can be impatient, and also has a violent temper especially when other avians are picking on him.

ELECTROKINESIS

Flash can create, shape and manipulate electricity, a form of energy resulting from the movement of charged particles (such as electrons or protons). As an elemental power, electrokinesis is very simple and straightforward accompanied with a near-limitless myriad of uses. Most commonly, Ampere would be able to discharge large amounts of electricity in order to shock their opponents, potentially paralyzing them, burning them, or even stopping their hearts in severe cases. He's also able to summon lightning bolts, while even stronger he can manipulate it within the skies, or even create thunderstorms at will. Even if his opponent is resistant to electricity, the immense heat generated from lightning traveling through the sky, which is around 6 times hotter than the surface of the sun, will definitely pose a threat to them.

IMMUNITY TO RADIATION

After visiting the ruins of Nuclear Plant Zeta where his parents was last seen, as he and some noble AHSS fighters together with his foster parents enter the ruins while wearing a protective suit, his suit suddenly got torn to which he inhaled a decent amount of radiation and due to panic, he released so many electricity to the point where the radiation is poisoning him that turned his electricity to green. Due to the amount of electricity and energy he released, this somehow got converted to and with complex scientific explanation, it is said that Flash's electricity helped him "be immune" to radiation and it then got mixed to his DNA to which he can now consume and release radiation.

ZPV-9876M

Flash's personal and customized visor specifically made for him. Every citizen of Aether Heights also had their own visors to protect their eyes while flying and gliding. Every AH Visor have their own functionalities depending on the user to aid them both in gliding and battle. Flash's Visor can also be used for Radiation/Uranium detector, night vision, and a tracking device which helps him enhance his skills. It can also calculate the exact amount of Electricity he produces or consumed.

Beta Form

Flash has to consume decent amount of radioactive materials in order to function during this form. He's also able to control how much radiation he absorbs/releases in this form. His hair and other browns in his body will turn to green, as well as having soulless and empty void of eyes.

Gamma Form

He is at his most powerful during this form. He became even more dangerous due to the hellaton amount of radiation he consumed to the point where it turned his fur color to black and green. Just like his beta form, his eyes are also empty. There is no known way to deactivate this form and it just naturally happens for him.

Seismic Sense

The first and foremost of seismic sense's applications is the ability to perceive surroundings. By sensing vibrations in the ground, Flash can perceive his surroundings as precisely as normal sight, and in some cases with even greater clarity. The advantage of the sense over normal sight is that he's able to pick up things that are barely visible or even imperceptible to the naked eye as well as things out of his line of sight. Obstacles that would normally obstruct regular vision, such as walls and thick dust clouds, are rendered ineffective against seismic sense. Seismic sense does not only provide surface vision, as the vibrations also travel underground, enabling him to effectively detect caverns and other deep subterranean cavities. By this, Flash can also detect a person's heartbeat and he is able to tell if they're lying or not.

Zoom/Visual Acuity

By focusing his eyes into a particular spot,Flash is capable of seeing up to 5-8 kilometers. His eyes also feature unique crosshair-shaped irises, which might be a physical feature of the quirk when it's activated.

Origin

Flash was born in May 7th to Radar and Mirage who specializes in Nuclear Physics. Both of them are dedicated to their work until Flash came to their life and this changes everything. The family originally resides at Nuclear Plant Beta but after hearing about the construction of Nuclear Plant Zeta, they decided to move there and it is in fact the biggest power plant in the whole country which is owned by Liberty (belongs to HenryTopHat). Flash, as a kid, loves to be involved with his parents' research and science activities and would often ask them about how their day went. Learning about his parents' field became a hobby for him and he dreamt of becoming one someday. Flash absolutely loves to tell them about what he learned via Mirage's journals and this made the two closer, spending more time with each other rather. Flash became more fond of Mirage than Radar, considering Radar works extra hours while Mirage works less to take care of little Flash. Due to circumstances that Flash couldn't understand, a nuclear meltdown happened and everybody within the premises must evacuate immediately. During the evacuation, his mom is nowhere to be seen hence why Radar took Flash and ran as fast as he could to save themselves. Because of the huge crowd, Flash got separated from Radar and was left there unsupervised.

Growing up in Zephyr Paradise

Flash is currently 5 years old when the meltdown happened. As he got separated from Radar, he still tried to run and find him in the huge crowd however its already too late and he's on his own. As a 5 year old, he is aware of the radiation quickly spreading so he traveled for days to get farther away from NPZ where the radiation couldn't reach him. After 4 days of travelling full of wounds and injuries, he found a forest and collapses due to exhaustion and pain. Talon found him wounded and unconcious in that forest and immediately took him back to Zephyr Paradise for medication. He was surprised to see him still breathing cause his wounds are actually fatal and it was sort of a miracle for Flash to survive all that. Talon tried to ask him questions of where he came from and how he got in the forest all wounded, Flash simply answered "I don't know, I don't remember" in a souless, empty tone, indicating that he had gone through a lot and that he was genuinely scared and unfamiliar of his surroundings. Talon then reassured him that everything is fine and that he's safe however, due to discrimination, the healers, the guards and even the people wanted Flash gone after his recovery, to which Talon refused to do and introduced him to his wife Gale. She was shocked on what happened and felt bad for him, she then asked where his parents were or what happened to them and he sobbingly answered that a nuclear meltdown occured then he got separated from his dad during the evacuation. He couldn't find his mom during that tragic event so he has no idea what happened to her and his dad if they're even still alive. He doesn't remember what happens next but the couple then decided to help him find his parents no matter how many years it takes.

Duties

13 years have passed by and Flash became the very first non-avian/tiger leader of the Zephyr Paradise Defense System. This is a reward of his hard work and intense trainings he had as he grows up. This sparked a lot of controversies and conflicts since the people of ZP are against this decision made by Talon. Flash is the suitable leader because of his amazing skills and dedication to serve their kingdom which shows his infinite loyalty to them. Even though the people absolutely hates Flash, he just doesn't care and ignore them unless he feels threatened, considering he is very serious and strict when he's on duty, nobody should push him into his limits and provoke him. This, However, happened when Agnarr keeps on provoking him, and telling him he should leave ZP to the point where it became physical and injured Flash. This really angered Flash a lot and still tried to keep a civilized manner but Agnarr still did not stop and physically attacked him to which Flash did the same since he really had enough. Even though it was clearly Agnarr's fault and the one who started the fight, everybody is still against Flash and reported him to the leaders, of course the leaders would disagree because they are aware of the discrimination and that they're just trying to set him up, which is true. Talon got really angry about this and he gave Agnarr a warning that if he ever does this again, he will be banished from ZP. The fight is so bad that Flash got scarred by Agnarr but even after all this, Flash remained calm, despite being physically and mentally hurt from all the bullying and discrimination since childhood. He is very dedicated to guarding and serving ZP as gratitude for his foster parents, Talon and Gale.

Reunion

Almost a year later, as Flash is patrolling the southeast part of ZP, he stabilized and adjusted his vision below (as ZP is a floating hidden city) he saw a reindeer with a search party and instead of alerting the leaders, he continued to observe more and plan things out in case things does happen. Little did he know is that this reindeer knows exactly where they are located and looked through the sky where he was seen by this individual and he immediately ran back home to alert his parents. Flash started to prepare and gather all the guards through the entrance and waited for this individual together with his search party. Almost an hour pass by, and they have reached ZP through the gate to which they are confronted by many guards along with the leaders and Flash in the middle. This individual happens to be Liberty, the one who owns Freedom Corp. who also caused the meltdown that occured a decade ago. Liberty recognized Flash and immediately points to him saying "I've found you, you're the one I'm looking for and I know who your parents are" which absolutely shocked him and gave the leaders a confused look. Flash is speechless and he doesn't know what to do, its either he trusts Liberty if what he's saying is true or stay with his parents. Liberty explained everything that happened in the past and it convinced Flash to go with him, Talon also went along with them just for security measures and the safety of Flash as well.

Months passed by, Liberty successfully reunited Flash with Radar, and their one last task is to find Mirage, Flash's mother and Radar's wife. Even after this, Radar still absolutely despise him and doesn't trust him one bit so he insisted on finding Mirage on their own, Flash doesn't like the idea and begged Radar to let Liberty help them as much as he helped him find Radar.

Nuclear Plant Zeta Ruins

After visiting the ruins of Nuclear Plant Zeta where his parents was last seen, as he and some noble ZPDS fighters together with his foster parents enter the ruins while wearing a protective suit,his suit suddenly got torn to which he inhaled a decent amount of radiation and due to panic, he released so many electricity to the point where the radiation is poisoning him that turned his electricity to green. Due to the amount of electricity and energy he released, this somehow got converted to and with complex scientific explanation, it is said that Flash's electricity helped him "be immune" to radiation and it then got mixed to his DNA to which he can now consume and release radiation. This caused a major electric shock on the whole plant that reawakens LISE, She is a really huge threat to everyone residing near the ruins and she continues to cause chaos just to find the ultimate final asset she needed for her plan, Flash himself. He is now able to produce unlimited radiation/nuclear fuel by using his radioactive electricity and so, LISE started her mission to capture Flash and use him.

Project QuantumForge

The Inno-Nucleo research team are dedicated nuclear physicists hailed from Nuclear Power Plant Beta with Flash’s parents, Radar and Mirage as the head scientists. Everything was going well for them until they heard of Nuclear Power Plant Zeta’s construction and claimed to be the largest out of the three. This made them decide to move and reside there as it will benefit them greatly more than it was before, financially and scientifically. Upon moving, they are greeted by the owner, Liberty, who happens to be the founder of Freedom Corp. and provided everything they needed for their research work. After finding out Mirage’s outstanding talent and skill to nuclear physics, She was secretly hired by Liberty to create a machine that will overpower the other 3 power plants. During this time, there really was no lives at stake (in his view anyway), he just wanted to beat company competition and inhabit the city all for money and power. They arranged a private meeting and discussed the details, along with the terms and conditions on how she wants to go about it to where she also asks for complete secrecy as this could form negative views towards her and her career. She still gladly accepts the money offered either way.

The project was going really well for some time until Liberty had plans of getting rid of her without assasination/murder involved. Due to how skilled Mirage is, he doesn’t want anyone to top this creation so he tried to hire another without her knowing. Liberty replacing her would be his way of trying to keep the original project, He doesn't want to dismantle it since it's brilliant - but he doesn't know that only Mirage could make it function and once he learns that only her could make it work - he wants it gone. After knowing that only Mirage could make the machine work, he secretly hires Radar with the same process he did with Mirage. Liberty hopes of Radar being able to make it work since it was created by his wife and he continued to work for Liberty for quite some time on this machine. At one point, Radar was still researching and looking for answers when he checked on the machine itself, he saw a familiar mark that is written on the right tank which happens to be his wife’s signature and insignia. This sparked a huge conflict/argument between the married couple but they confronted Liberty in the end, by this, Liberty wants nothing to deal with this machine anymore and plans to destroy it.

Since Mirage put so much work on Project QF, She will do everything to protect it even if it means her life is at stake, she is aware of Liberty’s plans to destroy it and there were already failed attempts. After a few months, a meltdown occurs on a very ordinary day and everybody, including the citizens evacuated immediately before the radiation spreads further. During the evacuation, Mirage stood in shock and Radar tried to pull her out of her office when she suddenly went deeper on one of the reactors and Radar couldn’t possibly follow her down there since Flash’s safety is his priority that moment and so he left her behind with no other choice.

Radar ran as fast as he could with a 4-year-old Flash, they got separated in a big crowd and Flash was left behind by this. Radar tried everything he could to go back to him but he’s already gone and was pulled by one of the researchers to flee. This is a huge regret/mistake that he ever made to the point where it’ll haunt him for the rest of his life. To protect her creation that is supposed to be destroyed by Liberty. Upon entering the room, she wore the LISE interface in order to protect herself from the radiation. As time went by and the radiation is becoming more dangerous, she kept herself in a statis tank for almost 5 years and after that, she reawakens, already corrupted by the interface, forgetting who she really was or what her life was like before. The only thing she remembers is her one goal of finding an answer to how the machine will work to its fullest but due to how corrupted she is, all she can remember is that Flash is the only asset needed hence why she started to look for him to be used as a tool on her creation.

Keep in mind that Mirage started to call herself LISE after all of these events since she cant remember her name anymore. She got so corrupted that all she ever thinks of is doing evil things.

Linear Inhibitor and Spectrometer Engine

LISE continues to capture and get her hands on Flash anytime soon, her motives are unknown but Flash is the last asset needed in order for Project QF to function on its fullest. Flash keeps on running away as far as he could so she can stop on hurting others because of him, then it came to the point where Flash finally faced LISE head on and they had their final fight at the same forest Flash was first found by Talon. Liberty, Radar and Talon aided him but Flash insisted on leaving it up to him to settle things, and whatever the outcome is, it is meant to happen and that they should accept it. At first, LISE obviously have the advantage but as the fight went on, Flash is slowly gaining the upper hand and he did the final blow that really weakened LISE, until he finally defeated her, resulting to an unconcious LISE and a very injured Flash. He almost passed out but he tried to stay up to reassure Radar who's been hugging him tightly, and worried about him. Infront them is LISE who isn't moving and due to Radar's curiosity, he removed her mask and upon seeing the face behind, he is in utter disbelief and started to cry. The person behind the LISE interface turned out to be Mirage. This also shocked Liberty and Talon especially Liberty since he didn't know that Mirage is still alive, and this really started a huge argument between him and Radar even though Liberty wasn't really aware about any of this.

Resolution

Mirage went on coma in about 6 months and she is slowly recovering. She lost a lot of her memories including her name but she never forgotten about Radar and Flash. During her absence, Flash is trying his best for Liberty and Radar to make amends and move on from the past. Radar tolerates Liberty according to what Flash would wanted but this doesn't mean they made up. After 6 months, Mirage finally recovers and Liberty explained everything that has happened even though she also absolutely hates him so much. Everything is slowly going back to normal and Flash is spending more time with his biological parents while fulfilling his duties as the leader of ZPDS. After reuniting the family, Liberty asks Flash to help him in a business that would involve him powering a machine to produce energy for the city. By this, Flash often stays with Liberty in his mansion and the funny part is, Liberty keeps spoiling Flash with gifts/things he wanted to have including a train toy set.

Jokes aside, Liberty still hasn't fully reconciled with Radar and Mirage due to past events and how much he lied to them. They're only tolerating him because of Flash since its what he really wanted. The parents even tried to poison Liberty since they're very cautious and they just wanted their son to be safe. There are obviously failed attempts and when Flash found out about this, he got so mad that he stayed with Liberty for almost a year just to not see them at all. Liberty once again tried for the three of them to get along which worked and they made amends at the same time.

Radar and Mirage

Despite everything, Flash loves his biological parents dearly, even if they tried to poison Liberty as revenge. He believes and trusts them completely that they changed this and he's looking forward to spend more time with them during his day offs. Flash still has a close bond with Mirage and he would often beg her to buy him (Wooden) train sets to expand his collection and everytime she says no, Flash will lie down on the floor and whine infront of other mall customers just to make her say yes. Him and Radar have a...Deranged relationship but they grew closer during the search for Mirage. Radar is making up to his past mistakes and he's always there for Flash to guide and help him whenever he needs it. They sometimes talk a lot about Nuclear Physics.

Talon and Gale

After the nuclear meltdown, Talon found a lone tiger cub in a forest (near the city) and took him in. Flash had some major injuries and was put to medication immediately, under the supervision of Gale who happens to be an excellent healer. The leaders raised Flash as their own due to being infertile and unable to birth a child with their own blood hence why they treated Flash as part of their family. This brings conflict between the leaders and their subjects as they are against this. They believe that once Flash is a full grown tiger, he will be a threat to the whole city which can eliminate their kind. Despite all this, Talon and Gale still continued to love and nourish Flash as he grows up and as a gratitude, Flash dedicated his life to protecting the city which he became an official Guardian and Leader of Zephyr Paradise Defense System.

Liberty

Their relationship started off...a little rocky but Flash gave him his trust just to find his biological parents. After the reunion, Liberty asks Flash to help him in a business that would involve him powering a machine to produce energy for the city. Flash gladly accepts this and ever since then, they started to hang out more and at one point, Flash called him dad and to Liberty's surprise, he was touched by this and sometimes use it to make fun of Radar since Flash now considers Liberty as his third father. As said from the story, Liberty keeps spoiling Flash with gifts/things he wanted to have including a train toy set.

Lumen

Flash and Lumen known each other since they were kids. The two had a close bond but it was sadly taken away when the nuclear meltdown happened almost a decade and half ago. Lumen was one of the evacuees alongside her parents but Flash got separated from Radar and Mirage was nowhere to be seen and the both of them never came back for him hence why Flash became an orphan and eventually got adopted by Talon and Gale to whom he got raised by. As time went on, Flash is on his regular patrolling of the whole city when in all of a sudden, someone is tresspassing and confronted it, which happens to be Lumen, and so the two met again after all these years which made their bond grew even closer.
