"Don't underestimate my skating skills just 'cause I'm short."
Artist
Being a short girl in a skate park is mildly intimidating, but Ada doesn't let that stop her. She's a go-getter, and the skateboard has always been her go-to thing to do.
She isn't exactly the best at it yet, and constantly falls; the arms and legs under her clothing are covered in scratches. She feels a little ashamed about it, but never thinks about giving up.
One day, after class, as she goes to the skate park again, she gets to finally interact with the queen of the area - the beautiful and confident Nina. She instantly seems to take a liking to Ada as she floats around on her rollerblades like a fairy. Ada is immediately smitten with her.
- Despite her teeny stature, her entire family is really tall. She's the black sheep in that regard.
- She got into skating with her older sister, but she has since moved away to work, and now she skates alone.
- Her favorite school subject is math
Ada is a very steadfast person. She has been made fun of for her hobbies since she was young, but has always had the encouragement of her sister to keep her going, and as such has never wavered in her convinction.
However, she tends to be quite stubborn, regardless of the situation. It can often land her in trouble and conflict that could have been avoided otherwise - this is partially a defense mechanism from knowing that she has to come out of the gate kicking if she wants any chance of getting people to take her seriously.
She is also quite awful at dealing with romantic feelings; it makes her act a complete fool.

They meet one fateful day at the skate rink where Nina helps her get up after she has fallen; the two make an instant connection right then and there, becoming fast friends and growing infatuated with one another.

Ada's older sister, who is currently living away from them to work. She taught Ada how to use the skateboard, and is allegedly still going at it in her new town.
Ada only gets to see her in person a few times a year because of how busy she is.
- You will not catch her without socks, ever. Except for when showering.
- She prefers to wear long sleeves and covering knees to avoid the worst scratches when falling.
- Her hair is almost always swept back to stay out of her face; she hates when it gets in her face.
