Raymond

Raymond lives in a rundown, abandoned house on the outskirts of town with a group of other tame werewolves.  The house is pretty secluded and in a dumpy part of town, making it a perfect place for the werewolves to hang out without being seen.

Ray grew up in the northern forests around a hundred miles away from the city.  While he has no memory of who his real parents were, he was mostly raised by other wild animals and solitary, wild werewolves.  Eventually, he was found by an older woman named Tamara Jones, who took him in when he was ~9 years old and became his godmother.  Tammy had lived deep in the woods for most of her life and often found herself hosting various wild animals and nursing them back to health, including werewolves.  She treated Ray like a son.  

While living with his godmother, Ray learned to read, write, and do (very) basic math.  He formed a pack with the other werewolves he met through Tammy and they eventually set out on their own and headed to live in the city.  (Ray was ~16 at the time).

~Three years later, Raymond met Bernadette after she moved into her grandmother's house, which happens to be nearby the abandoned one that Ray & his pack live in.  Berny says Ray is welcome to stay in the upstairs & attic portions of her grandma's house after he shows her where he lives & she feels bad.  He crashes wherever he feels like it now, whether it's the attic or his old rundown house he shares with the other werewolves.
