About

Demonic Duke Focalor, the one hiding in shadows. His work is to watch over and repair shrines of West Saiwaz. He's physically unable to stand in the sunlight, either way he gets sick and passes out.

Focalor is poised, calm and collected, yet it's easy to get him irritated. He rules over winds and waters, water streams and flows, drowns humans and destroys ships... Almost everything Vepar's capable of, eh? Well, it's not that suprising as they're almost siblings, sharing the same Origin:Divine. They behave that way, too: arguing, fighting, scolding each other. And Focalor hates his "brotherhood". He cares for Vepar, cherishes Vepar, yet he hates him. Forced to always be in the shadows, literally and figuratively, while this smug so-called-brother is dreanched in love. His pity work of a shrine-cleaner while his own are filled with no flowers but dust. Vepar receiving all the prayers and affection, Focalor being totally forgotten - why pray to him when Vepar can do everything and even more? Famous, lovely, cheery, friendly, cute... and this is not about Focalor. Sometimes he wants to cry, to hate, to destroy, to explode. But Focalor can't, he can't be that weak, can't show his true feelings and emotions because he still has hope for even a tiniest glimpse of love. A Demon, a God suffering from the most human sin - envy.

Vepar "Brother"

Ah, he envies Vepar. He hates being called his brother, even as a joke. He hates being his pale shadow. He's tired of hiding, of being just a pity copy of oh-so-loved Vepar. Not that he hates him, oh not! A cpflict within Focalor, he cherishes and hates Vepar at the same time. Focalor tries to stay still, keep his composure; he's not that weak to let this so much human sin overflow his being.

King Baal God the Creator, the Father

Just as for the others, King Baal is his ultimate God-the-Creator. Yet, Focalor doesn't feel that much of an "absolute adoration, devotion, obedience" towards Him. It's his personal grudge he holds against Baal for, once again, choosing Vepar. Thinking logically, Focalor understands; yet he can't make himself unfeel this bitterness, even when it was caused by the never-wrong-God. "Why him, and not me?!"
