DESIGN TOS

- I will sometimes post designs on my social media- by obtaining a character from me, you understand that this might be done and will reach out to me if you have an issue with it!

- Designs should not be sold for more than you have obtained them for UNLESS there is extra art or work put into it (add more than a simple sketch just to bypass this rule) ; If obtained through virtual currency, please only sell/trade through virtual currency as well unless more work (such as art commissions of the character) is added

- Please credit me here on TH or on relevant social media for any art or designs I have created when giving credit!

- Please do not remove my signature from my art! You may move it elsewhere around the art, but do not move it far from the art itself and please try to keep it legible (having my name will make it easier to find me if you have any later concerns or design interests!)

- If you trade characters off of TH then please notify me and the new owner as these terms should still apply to them!

- do not copy/trace my artwork or designs, or take heavy inspiration from my more complex designs! (Mostly for combinations of more complex colors/patterns/clothing/etc. together that closely resembles other designs I have created)

- Designs, if used for a sona/mascot, ARE able to be turned into commercial products or costumes if you wish. If you are unsure about something related to this, feel free to reach out to me! (Likely with the username cocogerber or inkhund)! I can also try to upload art to redbubble for merch if you wish!
