(WIP) Charlie Richard Deckart

They met and started a relationship when they both starred in S.T.A.R.S. Charlie took it as a challenge to try to win over the captain, which is why he spent a lot of time with him (whether Wesker wanted it or not). A couple of months later, their relationship moved into the stage of "friends with privileges", and after Charlie decided to transfer them to "lovers". They spent many hours together and lived in the same apartment for convenience. Despite the fact that their relationship was not like sweet love, they really appreciated each other.

It wasn't easy for Charlie to see him after cheating on the S.T.A.R.S., but he always knew about his lover's ambitions and couldn't give up on him. They saw each other less often than before, but they still felt affection for each other. Wesker was really sad when Charlie died.

Despite the fact that Charlie was on good terms with the whole squad, they had a special relationship with Chris. Mutual jokes (often sounding quite offensive to others) have become part of their daily communication. They could argue for several hours while filling out the reports, which looked quite funny from the outside.

Chris found out about Charlie's death the same day, and even though he knew about their relationship with Albert, he blamed Wesker for the situation.

Charlie communicated well with all the S.T.A.R.S. members, considering them something like a family. They spent a lot of time together and went through many difficulties.

Each member of the team reacted differently to his death, but they were saddened by his death.

His family consists of his father - Fred Deckart (ex-military) and mother - Emily Deckart (Nurse), and he also has two younger sisters - Marie and Anabel (25 and 30 years old). Charlie love spending time with his sisters and protect them from any danger, they were very close.

Since childhood, his father raised Charlie as a future military man and treated him rather coldly, although he really loved him. The mother was a woman with a strong character and was not inferior to her husband, although she treated all her children with obvious warmth and spoiled them quite often. Charlie treated both of them well, and at a later age he became grateful to his father for such an upbringing, because he grew up very disciplined and it helped many times.

His family never found out that Charlie had died.

They met while studying at the university and got married after graduation. They were married for 3 years, during which they realized that they were nothing more than friends. After that, they divorced and maintained a good relationship, constantly keeping in touch with each other and sharing news (Charlie was even at her wedding!). She was the first to find out about his sympathy for Albert and supported Charlie in his idea of "conquering the captain".

When she found out about Charlie's death, she fell into apathy, because she had lost not just a close friend - almost a brother. But her husband helped her cope with the loss.
