Vex grew up in a rather wealthy family, however, her true calling has always been Extreme Gear racing.

When she became an adult, she ran away to pursue her dream. She is rough around the edges, sarcastic, and competitve. She eventually teams up with Nova to compete with him. They have a rough start, but eventually become genuine friends rather than just competitive partners.
