literally just a ditto. specifically, an escaped team rocket experiment to see if they could breed a ditto with humanoid features. 

HAS SCIENCE GONE TOO FAR?

nonverbal and often non-responsive to the environment. expression stuck in a permanent empty smile. acts suddenly without warning. collects random objects she finds, sometimes stealing them from others (her understanding of "property rights" is rather fuzzy) but just as easily gives these objects away to friends and acquantiences. mimics others around her often. lashes out in (moderate) violence if harassed too much. 

attended to by a group of young trainers she ran into at some point. having more or less put together what she is, they can't quite decide if they should treat her as a person or a pokemon, but they love her dearly anyway.
