Jo works at the SGC and is a member of SG1, she has undergone military training and has the rank of first lieutenant at the start of season one. Her main focus is being SG1's Botanist and Chemist, which means that other than helping Carter with her work and inventions (the chemical part mostly obvi) she is in charge of making sure that SG1 is always capable of finding food and water, and she studies alien flora in hope of developing new medicine, to help people in need.
Childhood / Early adulthood
Jo tends to not talk about her past due to trauma. All SG1 really knows for sure is that she no longer has any contact to her family, she will sometimes open up towards Daniel, but even the information he recieves is little to none. (This will be expanded)
Main Storyline
Due to Jo no longer being in contact with her family, SG1 means so much more to her. She is a strong ally to have and a good friend.(This will be expanded)
