The town of Veritas lay in a quiet yet homely spot up on the side of the Slumbering Mountains. Hauru was born as the town mayor's only child. His arrival came to his parent's surprise. They had been trying for years to concieve a child to no luck. The couple had near given up until they saw a shooting star rocketing across the sky. Wishing upon it was wistful, they weren't superstitious, but something compelled them to do it. The couple was estatic to learn the news of Hauru's conception. The two threw a celebration for his conception, his anticipation, and his arrival. Needless to say, they spoiled him and fed him with a silver spoon. Regardless of doing so, the did not coddle him and taught him valuable lessons from an early age. Though the young vulpix was not so easy to take to them. The young boy was curious about the world and would often spend most of his time playing and discovering new things outside. All the kids in the village crowded around him to follow and play. Hauru was born a natural leader, and his parents were ever proud of it.

When it came time for the young Vulpix to attend school, he quickly became a diligent student. He knew that would make his parents more proud, and he reveled in their praise. It didn't take long before Hauru founds the thrilling adventure books in the library. While he was never the type to sit down and read, these stories captivated him. He wanted to grow up to be like the people in those books. Sailing the seas and discovering new things was a only a dream for the young Vulpix. He knew his fate was set in stone in this simple, provincial town. This lead Hauru to try out different sports games, as an outlet for all his energy. Ultimately, he stuck with swordfighting. He had always wanted to learn because of the books he read. With enough practice, he became quite good at it. Needless to say, this drew in more attention from his peers. Soon he became known as the charismatic flirt. Everyone knew him. Everyone liked him. Everyone either wanted to be him or be with him. He was friendly and agreeable with everyone. He had everything handed to him, and no one dared to criticize him. While it's a comfortable life, Hauru couldn't complain about that. It just felt too tame. Too simple. Hauru didn't want to stay in one place. He craved adventure.

✦ EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN ✦

Hauru had just turned 16 when he got scouted by a well known swordsman. He had come to Veritas to relax in the snowy fields. While he stayed in town, he heard about Hauru and his skills too good for the town master, he knew he had to take him in as an apprentice. Though his talk with Hauru's parents was unsuccessful. His parents had a hard time grasping the concept of letting their only son go. They had worked hard to raise him. While this opportunity was intriguing, it wasn't something they wanted for their son. They turned the old master away, leaving Hauru upset and dissatisfied with the outcome. He argued with his parents over the matter. Hauru left the house that night to cool off. It was by chance he encountered the master in the fields below the town. The master stated that his offer still stands, and he sees potential in Hauru. There was a drive in the young Vulpix that was far greater than the town could ever manage. Hauru's mind was made up now. Without warning his parents, he packed up his bags and fled the night with the master.

The two traveled to Serene Island for their training. It's a quiet island with little to no distractions. Hauru felt like this was just the begining of his adventure. It was challenging and exhilerating. They spend many years there until Hauru was 18. He had mastered the art of swordfighting. While Hauru wasn't too keen on settling down, it was necissary to fund his dreams of adventure. He traveled to Spiral Archipelago and found quick work as a body guard for a noble family. There he built a repuation, as he had in his hometown.

✦ PRESENT DAY ✦

He spent many yeres under the family's employment. During his work, he climbed up the ranks and was granted his own team of cadets to train. Hauru came to realize he liked being in command. He had his freedoms but outside of work, he still had his head in the clouds. Soon enough, he heart about the GCSF opening their gates. He set the thoughts of joining for a later date. It wasn't until he came across the Bounty Hunting team Shining Justice that he took the opportunity to inquire about the foundation. The team told him about their business and reccomended he join their team, as he is good with a sword and has experience dealing with criminals.

It wasn't long after the meeting with Shining Justice before Hauru decided to take their offer and become an official member of their team. At the very least, he wasn't staying put anymore. The team took Hauru to Kala Island where he got recruited officially.

After a while of being with Shining Justice, Hauru realized he wanted to take on a new challenge. During his time in the team, he met a Shinx named Ivan. The both of them found each other's interests to align in their wishes of exploring and finding adventure at their own pace. They agreed it was time to branch off into their own group. While their parting was bittersweet, they haven't completely left behind their friends at Shining Justice. This would just mean more opportunities for all of them moving forward.

He became well known and rumors of his skills reached the ears of an old master who came to visit. The old master knew he had to have Hauru as his apprentice. Though the master's visit with Hauru's parents wasn't successful.
Hauru, upset with the outcome, decided to clear his head and met the old master in Purity Fields. It was at that moment he decided to leave home with the master to train under him.
Hauru trained with the old master for years until he was ready to find work.
Hauru traveled to Spiral Archipelago where he found work as a body guard for a noble family. He climbed the ranks and went in charge of his own team of cadets. While this was a fulfilling job, Hauru still dreamed of adventure.
He came into contact with Shining Justice and after some inquiring, they invited him to join their team.
After some deliberation, Hauru joined Shining Justice to become an official member.
Hauru's time in Shining Justice was a good learning experience, however he wants to branch out and form his own group with Ivan. This will be a new begining for the both of them.
