Kai has always had a gentle disposition. He was a quiet child that rarely caused a scene, and was careful with his words around others. Because of this, many people labled him as amiable and praised him for having an agreeable personality. Kai never wanted to cause trouble or be in trouble. He was dedicated to be a hardworking and responsible person. To him it felt like the right thing to do, and he knew that it was a sound plan. This created his knack for problem solving and he became more logical as the years went on.

Because of his humble begininngs, Kai has always been frugal with his lifestyle. Even though he has more than he could possibly hope for now, he has learned that it could be taken away in an instant. As such, he became reserved and confidential as well. He doesn't like to be reminded of his past by talking about it. A bit of that stubborness extends into his day to day likfe as well. As the years went on, Kai became more experimental . Though it mostly was limited to areas his father would approve of.

Kai's life hasn't been the easiest. He is incredibly anxious about his surroundings. Though he has learned to hide it well under a facade, somethimes the anxiousness peeks through with his insecurities . Because he has been pressured to be a good child, whether through circumstances or parental figures, Kai's true nature has been repressed . He tends to clamp things down for the sake of a better future for the people around him as well. He's always cautious to keep up the appearance. It eventually led to his pridful and haughty disposition that he defaults to showing the rest of the world.

Kai was born in the Snow Continent. Born to two young parents. Though they weren't the richest family in town, they lived comfortably. Their home life wasn't terrible, but it wasn't exciting either. Kai was expected to study hard, as any other respectable child in the neighborhood. He would always try to fit in to the crowd, though at his early years he wasn't very good at it. As Kai grew older, turmoil bubbled over with his parents leading to a divorce. As a young child, he did not understand the circumstances of this event. His father left the custody to his mother and the young Vulpix never saw him again. The split was devastating for his mother. The man was their only source of income as she was a stay at home mother. To say they struggled to get by would be an understatement. Though things started to look up as Kai's mother started work at a hot springs resort. Kai studied hard in efforts to get the highest grades in his class. He was diligent with helping his mother out around the house. While he was never a rowdy child, he was careful not to disturb their quiet life as they grew more comfortable.

Kai was around 12 by the time his mother came with a strange Pyroar man accomponied by a young litleo boy. He was dressed in fancy attire and golden adornements. His mother explained the man was her new lover and things were going to get more serious now. While Kai was reluctant to adjust to a new lifestyle, he was grateful for the man's generosity towards his mother.

He didn't have much in terms of hope for what's to come, but he knew that it was just another step in his life. Soon the newly formed family moved to Sahra Town in the Sand Continent.

✦ EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN ✦

As the young boys aged, they were constantly compared with each other and taught to be perfect in everything they did. Kai would strive to be the better of the two, as he's always done in the past. He feared the man would not accept him as a respectable heir to his shop. While Kai could never fully connect him as a father, he unexxpectedly craved the praise for doing well.

Kai's studies led him to enter business management. Soon enough, when Kai turned 16, he was allowed to help with his father's business. A few years later, when Kai was 21, He was tasked to inspect the new shipment with his younger brother. The day was peaceful like any other... until it wasn't. There was a commotion as pirates rampaged the docks. It all happened too fast. The accident. His brother's leg got caught under a shipment pallet. Upon getting the pallet off, they realized the leg was shattered. The crew rushed to the nearest hospital with Kai and while they worked quickly, the young Litleo was left with permanent damage to his leg. This left a mental scar on Kai as well. Though the siblings weren't particularly close to each other, he hated seeing him in such a state. Kai returned to the docks to sweep things through with his business partners. There he saw a bounty hunting team picking up the perpetrators. Sahra Town was a relatively safe town. All the incidents that happened hadn't personally affted Kai and his family in any way until now. So seeing all this triggered Kai's curiosity into the GSCF. Though he had to let the thoughts simmer. He was in no position to leave his dad's business.

✦ PRESENT DAY ✦

Kai had just turned 24 years old. Business was going steady, but the young Vulpix was not fulfilled with this life anymore. He was constantly under watch from his father on all aspects. He was able to easily pass off as the perfect heir, but a part of him was itching to do something else. A few days later he came across members of Shining Justice in his shop. After inquiring about their work, Kai's interest was sparked yet again. The change of pace was much needed for the Vulpix.

He took a few weeks to reach out to Shining Justice about joining the team. He knew his father would never agree with no amount of persuading, seeing the injuries pirates had caused his biological son, the man was extra careful to keep an eye on the boys. Kai knew what he had to do. He packed his bags and stole away in the night, leaving all but a note behind with his farewells. Soon Shining Justice arrived at Sahra Town to pick Kai up and go to Kala Island where he registered as an official member.

His thrilling time with Bounty Hunting team will eventually come to a close. Kai had resolved the many turmoils he faced. Finding love and grounding himself into a domestic life was the next step for him. He resigned from the team on good terms, but he still keeps in contact with them as they have grown very close as friends.

• A few years later, he met Shining Justice. Thought it was a hard decision to make, Kai left his home to travel with Shining Justice.
• Kai has left the group on good terms with everyone.
