If you are gonna repost the adopt make sure to give credit unless you made art of the adopt yourself
Do NOT pay untill i say you are able to pay.
When you get this character you are able to do WHATEVER you want with it since you bought it and it is now yours.
Do not trace/steal my artwork or adopt. if i find out you are doing this i will eat your ankles
If you are planning to resell any adopt bought from me you are able to do so without my permission or knowledge, but like i said if you dont have th you have to let me know.
I can hold an adopt for a flexible amount of time, if you fail to pay i have the right to do what i feel is best with the character including take it back to resell.
For BTAs i will not accept to hold the adopt UNTILL you win the bid or auto buyed it
Dont get mad when someone buys the adopt that you want nor harass me or the person who bought it.
I am REALLY flexible and patient when it comes to waiting for payment but please keep in touch with me, i get that you may be on artblock or something is going on that is leading you to be slow with payment but please don't ghost me, and if you have lost interest with the adopt its perfectly ok to tell me and i will take it back to resell (or refund you if you had started currency payment)
You are allowed to hold 3 characters at a time, if you try to hold more than that i will rightfully decline until you have finished payment with the previous holds
I may be more pushy with people who has more than one character on hold or had a character on hold for too long UNLESS you actually have a urgent reason that you are unable to pay at the moment, otherwise i will check in on you about the payment
I will be less likely to accept offers from people with debt, if you can afford to offer for another adopt please try to take your time to pay for what you already owe!
Just because you claimed the character doesn't mean you can use the character without paying yet. If i find you doing this you WILL be punished.
Do NOT Offer/Auto Buy the adopt if you CANT AFFORD IT
For People who are blacklisted are unavailable to contact me business wise
I will tolerate if you trade my designs to a blacklisted person because honestly i can't control who resells my designs, but if you are only buying my content to provide to a blacklisted person you will be rightfully punished
I will less likely sell to users who has empty/new profiles due to past constant blacklist bypassing
I will limit my business with you if you are problematic or known for buying adopts only to resell BUT it isn't necessarily a blacklist unless you violate my TOS
I will also limit my business and even black/greylist those who are known to collect debt/refuse to pay for a prolonged time
