The reigning god of written correspondence -- at least, of any that pertains to love, lust, and romance. Though newer gods tend to turn up their nose at such a specific (and flowery) dominion, those more established know a butterfly effect is a powerful thing. Art, politics, war -- there are few corners of the world immune to the touch of a perfumed letter, carefully-crafted or stumbled-upon.
The longevity of Echo's sovereignty, too -- double-and-counting that which most gods survive without being overthrown -- surely calls for no small amount of respect.
...and no small amount of trouble. In recent years, Echo's own romantic flame seems to have abruptly sputtered out, taking their control over their godly domain with it. Increasingly concerned for their title and divinity, Echo has taken to sneaking off to the mortal realm for inspiration. Intrigued by whispers of a strange Hanahaki disease, they've even taken to eating flower petals in hopes of feeling something...
To best marry their current endeavors (and avoid wasting too much power), Echo's taken a job in the human realm as a florist. Here, they can observe lovestruck mortals and chomp on flowers to their heart's content. Unfortunately, this also means working...
