Ezra

Ezra spent his childhood raised by a variety of entertained thugs, softhearted bar maidens, and even an occasional particularly patient city guard. He was a child of the streets with a good sense of humour and a skewed moral compass which, for all its faults, still oftentimes managed to lead him towards mercy.

Growing up to be a criminal by trade, he joined forces with a number of small gangs, many of which fell apart, only for new ones to pop up soon after. Either way, Ezra was always assured to earn some bread in one place or another.

At one point in time, he even found his place among Xanathar as an enforcer, however with his sense of odd righteousness, that partnership did not last long, and Ezra parted ways with the famed guild.

Despite living a life of crime, theft and killing included, Ezra doesn't consider himself to be a bad person. He holds a certain kind of loyalty to the streets he grew up on, which extends to the civilians living in them. He believes most people are good and don't deserve to be treated cruelly, but he is also quick to put his sword to the neck of those who cross a line. Second chances are not something that exists in his worldview.

Ezra's most recent partners in crime and current home base is a small but notable Dock Ward gang, the Menagerie.
