 Legend speaks of a time long ago, when the world was young, of a woman with unparalleled powers to create life. It was with these powers that created the Summons, a species of powerful and magical creatures bound to special books each one special and unique from the last. Summons have bound themselves to magical humans over time and have become more common place than not.

The first of these creatures was her long time companion, Lady Freya, who can be found in every depiction of the Book Maker. Freya's book is always next to or on the Book Maker's person. 

But over time truth has faded into legend, legend into myth, and the world has placed the Book Maker into the annal of history though her touch (and her summons) can be found everywhere. 

But something strange has been happening lately. Summons are growing weak and there have been whispers of Summons dying. No one knows for sure what has happened. But one thing is for sure, the Book Maker must be found and soon. 

About

I created the Book Maker as kind of the "god" figure for this (as of now unnamed) magical world. She is kind of the end goal that the heroes of the story are search for. 

She has created (via magic) a species of magical beings called Summons that she bound to books and sent out into the world. Summons must be bonded to a person to leave their books (and some never leave). The Book Maker has a huge room in her home filled with books of unbond summons. 

Her eyes are white / no pupils. Her hair is long (butt length) and curly and red. She has a special magic hood that hides her face for when she goes into town with Freya.

The book maker is basically my sona in this world.
