Marina

Marina is the deity of the ocean & rivers, water magic, storms, & the dangers of the deep sea. She is the one who controls the tides (with the help of Heiwa and Fuwa). She brings the great storms that come from the sea that bring floods and quakes - but she does not control winter weather that is Kuraokami's job. She brings life to the ocean, creating crabs, fish, and even the giant monsters that live in the deepest parts of the ocean. She works with Rakmus - the deity of the wind - to create waves and to calm the sea during peaceful times. She speaks with spirit talkers who live near the coast in the form of sea mist, but is otherwise elusive.
