Stupid cat

A cat of some kind, but has a bit of dog mixed in anatomy wise, such as a bigger, rounder dog nose rather than a smaller, triangular cat's nose

Abnormally large and expressive eyes, stripes on tail, white heart shape on chest and forehead

Collar/choker thing can either have spikes or studs, but is preferably *not optional*

She has bands on both of her front paws that are made from the same material as the collar, but lack any kind of studs/spikes

There are 4 stripes on her front legs that follow a gradient of darker grey to lighter grey, the lighter grey beginning at the paws
