Profile
Having arrived to Ashki solely to continue her work with her mother, Nyx, in the Garden of the Moon Thread, Hecate has stumbled upon a prophecy that has her at its center - if it's real, of course. Currently following the Fire Serpents' leader, Rajani, to the Lost Monastary, she hopes to find the answers she so desperately wants.
H ecate is a polite and undemanding Niravar, having been raised within the Garden of the Moon Thread to work towards greater causes than her own desires and do the bidding of the Whisperer, the Mirages, and her mother. She is a quiet Niravar, and, while she struggles empathizing with others at times, she can still show sympathy for their unknowable plights, and often tries to find ways to make life easier for everyone. One thing she desires more than anything, though, is to know the world around her - when faced with confusion, she desires answers above all, which can get her in trouble with Nyx and the Garden at times.

Negative Traits
Emerging from an Aether Pool within Ashki by its own devices, Hecate was swiftly taken in by Nyx, a seamstress for the Garden of the Moon Thread. She does not remember this period of time well, and only knows the story her mother has told her - that she simply found the young Aetherborn and chose to raise her as an act of goodwill.
Hecate spent much of her entire life in the Garden, having awakened her own necromantic powers there and becoming a seamstress as her mother rose to the ranks of Mirage. The two were rarely seen without the other, and many joked that Hecate was more of an extension of Nyx than anything else.
After arriving in Ashki, things became far more complicated than Hecate expected, with a prophecy surrounding her, supposedly, and a gang leader that wants nothing more than to find the validity of it all. And she's not sure who she should trust in this endless tundra.
B orn from the sole will of the Aether, Hecate was an orphan by default, taken in by an, at the time, simple Seamstress for the Garden of the Moon Thread named Nyx. Now a Mirage, Nyx has cultivated Hecate's power herself over the years, and is endlessly protective of her - though that protective nature seems far from maternal and something more possessive than normal. Still, Hecate rarely left her mother's side... before Ashki, that is.
Taken to an Aether Pool in the depths of the Sarthian jungles, Hecate offered up an old book of hers full of writing and the like in exchange for magic. She practically begged for capabilities with necromancy - she wished to make her mother proud - and, at the time, she was excited with the result. Time would prove tempering, though. Especially after her first revival proved far less complete than she wanted.
Hecate guides the life of a Niravar back into their body through song - with a few side effects, for death cannot be completely undone.
Using her voice, Hecate can temporarily revive smaller creatures to do her bidding, though she must continue singing throughout.
Hecate has the capability to fully revive a small animal, in a more "complete" state than a Niravar, as a companion.
