G00BER!!!!

Born from the first few sparks of the internet,Goober has been around for a long while now.He roams around the wires and waves that connect our devices,and he doesn't usually plan on following the rules that come with that power.He often uses his power to mess around a lot,popping up unneeded amounts of Pop Ups,scamming fake Tech Support stations,you name anything that you can prank anyone with on the internet,he's probably done it before.He especially doesn't follow the "Don't materialize and interact with living creatures" rule and often just,,,appears to mess around with people directly.

He prefers keeping his hat on because he is insecure of his hair and often immediately acts accordingly to the person that removes it.The wifi sign on his chest glows if there's enough data or wifi.When he runs out of it,he freezes while a Windows-like "no connection" pop up covers his entire body as he glitches.He also has wires in his hat somewhere that are the source of him existing.He can dash from screen to screen and also talk to people that way,often interrupting calls and facecalls alike.He's ruined a few relationships by typing horrible things on a person's keyboard.
