Icarus is the leader of a notorious demon mafia. He is ruthless and egotistical, wielding his power and influence over the underworld with an iron grasp. Under his control, the demon mafia has grown and expanded into a vast and well-controlled crime network that reaches into every corner of the underworld, leaving no one untaxed or unaffected by his power and influence...

But in the past..

Icarus was a demon with a relatively low status in the underworld. He was just another demon working for a ruthless and powerful mob boss who demanded absolute obedience. BUT as time passed, he began to harbour feelings of resentment and envy, seeing how much power and control the boss had over others.
Eventually, Icarus decided to take his own path and began to build his own criminal empire, vowing to become even more powerful than the boss he once worked for. As he gained power and influence, he began to rise through the ranks of the underworld...

Headcanons:

For starters he is very selective about who he allows into his inner circle, only choosing the most loyal, hardworking, and ruthless of his demons. So although his gang is large and influential, its core members are the best of the best. 

He will usually trick the ones who he knows are untrustworthy and send them to death missions.

He is also extremely protective of the members of his gang, often taking extreme measures and going to great lengths to punish those who dare cross him or threaten his empire. Once you’re part of the mafia, you’re in for life.

He is also very sensitive to the idea of betrayal and is extremely vigilant in protecting himself from any potential threat. He will not hesitate to eliminate anyone who shows even the slightest hint of disloyalty.

Icarus has some scars on his cheeks that were a result of a violent encounter in his past. Although these scars add a touch of character to his appearance, they also serve as a reminder of the brutal nature of his own rise to power.
