An almost cybernetic yet organic being confined to a lone space news station "Sat-2". Their life consists of nothing more but reporting local mundane news in the local sector.
His ears work alot like antennas, allowing him to listen in and project radio waves. A part of him felt like he broke out of Sat-2, but perhaps it's just the radio waves talking.
