He was born in an unspecified Farlysivi group that was conquered by the Farlysivi Cult of Eidas, where he served as a nanka (attendant) and dancer.  After the destruction of the Cult of Eidas by Jin and the Xeruva (OC ethnicity/species), he was just going to be another Xeruvan servant, but Jin noticed his “weird habits”, mumbling to themselves and drawing different lines with dots on the floor - he was creating and writing down music.  Uka's name was changed and he was taken to the Saraph (OC ethnicity/species) capital of Drakovane for a proper education and musical training, learning how to play different instruments.  They now live in Ville Divin with Longlia Dezrishiyo, composing music.
