Daisha's Monsterfolk Guide (Sono)

These marsupial monsterfolk are known as Sono.

They originate from the continent of Solstice. Usually staying in more warmer southern areas. They're short in stature, only standing at 3ft but where they lack in size they makeup for in brains! These little guys and gals are well-known tinkerers. And since they're marsupials, they have a pouch they use to carry their baby, but unlike real world marsupials male Sono actually have pouches too!

Their fur colors are pretty basic being different shades of tans, browns, and greys with white/lighter shades on their belly/face/ears and darker shades fur random fur patterns over their body. Albinism and melanism does occur in rare circumstances. And their eyes are more commonly different shades of brown, with green and blue being rare with the more common fur colors, but common for albino and melanistic Sono.

A notable Sono in history was a pirate named Alyne. She was one of the first gunslingers. A sorceress who, during the Arcane Revolution(a period in time where magic and machinery began to intertwine), created the first of many boom sticks.
