Dream Eaters are silent and shy beings that sneak into houses to consume dreams. They eat dreams by placing their thin tongues onto the head of a human where dreams are painlessly and effortlessly extracted and eaten without the host's knowledge. this does not affect humans, merely making them forget their dreams upon awakening. Their motions are completely silent, and they can turn invisible at will to hide from humans. They have wings to fly from house to house. 

Lucid unfortunately lost her ability to fly in an accident concerning an electrical wire. She is now domesticated after being taken to a sanctuary to recover and is used as an educational tool to better understand these strange, and interesting creatures.
