Can manipulate luck, though depends on him doing seemingly unrelated things, such as tapping on a watch several times and walking back and forth in weird intervals. The result is he does things in seemingly weird and flashy flourishes when he wants to feel really luck.
He's a frequent casino goer, but tries carefully not to get outright banned from them.
While he tends to appear extravagant and lucky in casinos, with close friends and casual games outside of gambling, he tends to manipulate his luck to appear extremely unlucky most of the time.
