Alejandro has lived for over a century, his youthfulness preserved by the enchantment of a witch who provides him with the illusion of natural beauty, therefore granting him a number of privileges.. at a cost. To avoid reverting back into the retched, repulsing being he once was, the vampire must consistently pay back the witch with valuables such as jewellery, artefacts and rare alchemy ingredients, for failing to do so often results in him being subject to manipulation, as he's reminded of how he used to be without the blessing: inhibited, opposed and withdrawn.
