Overseer

 Overseer , a secondary character in the Second Iteration Employers, is responsible for healing grunts under orders from his leader. He also owns multiple companies and specializes in fitting machine-type gadgets to improve the quality of life for grunts facing dangerous Nevada (I.C.E.).  

The way he behaves towards Milanesa suggests some passive-aggressive tendencies, possibly stemming from their birth from a highest power and another employer. Additionally, he seems to have a certain disdain while healing grunts, audibly sighing whenever he has to attend to them.

Furthermore, Overseer has revealed himself to be an extremely self-centered, cruel, and sassy Employer who will stop at nothing to satisfy his own desires, even if it means disregarding the rules of The Nowhere.

Overseer's powers are based in healing all kind of hurts from alive grunts,from light wounds to missing limbs being regenerated.
