:damphyr:Name: Alquarie Storm-Raiser (Aquarius ;) )
:damphyr:Theme: Rain/Mist
:damphyr:Species: One of the many member of the Forces (Horses) of Nature, therefore making her an immortal deity

:star:Character Information:
Alquarie is the middle sibling of the StormRaiser Sisters, the pony who does the second step of the storm-making process: making it rain. She prefers lurking near large water bodies like lakes and seas in the mornings before going to the sky by turning herself into mist and hitching a ride on clouds.

:star:Character Description:
In her normal mode, Alquarie has a mane that is between the state of water and mist. The winds created by her older sister whips up 'spray' from her mane, and it greatly annoys her.
In her storm-raising mode, Alquarie doesn't change much other than the mist that is her mane turning into a waterfall, filling up the clouds. During this time, she keeps her eyes closed in concentration, detecting the patterns in the storm clouds made by Alsha, and lets the rain fall. Her job requires her to be completely focused, but sometimes the distractions from Alsha's gusty winds and her youngest sibling making a din in the background make her lose her concentration as well as her temper, and disastrous floods and torrential rains happen.

:star:Character Personality:
As the middle sibling, Alquarie tends to feel rather miffed about her older sister ordering her around, not to mention her younger sister's constant tail-tagging and pestering. Sometimes it gets too much for her to handle and she heads for somewhere where her sisters can't bother her: the ocean. This causes drought throughout the land, save for in some lucky places where the clouds manage a few sprinkles of rain without her supervision.
Although she might be the most stable minded out of the group, she is still fickle. However, fidelity is a trait all the Sisters share.
Ponies using magic to summon rain may find their spells backfiring on them when Alquarie is in a bad mood, and sometimes she deliberately makes it rain on festival days. Well, the mortals will never know, will they? Only celestial magic can bind her and her sisters one-on-one, but when they're united, they're nearly unstoppable in their stubbornness.
