Overview

Rain's Shadow is the Monarch's pet vulture, serving as her mount, hunting partner, and companion. Rain's Shadow was actually what the scavengers would call her when they spotted her circling in the sky, just before her and Monarch's raid upon their settlement, and the Monarch liked it enough to keep it.

Background

Rain's Shadow was raised from grubhood by the Monarch.

Personality

Rain's Shadow is loyal to the Monarch - and only to them. She's acclimated to slugcats and will not actively hunt them, but she'll still snap at them if they bother her too much. No slugcats have actually ever been killed, but there have been a good few bruises, minor bleeding wounds, and plenty of frights.
