drummer in a punk rock garage band under lead singer Laddie. he tends to butt heads with Laddie the most since he's the most stubborn and outspoken of the group and laddie isn't always reasonable. the other members hate their arguing but appreciate that cipher will stand up for them, so it shakes out to a stalemate.
he's able to shapeshift into an anthro-y form for because i said so <3 hoof fingers....
