Goji | Aqualox

Goji was a wild-born aqualox. He grew up without a family in the middle of nowhere, but inevitably, he was met with other 'loxes. Unlucky for him, the group he met was a conversionist group, believing that all Safirans must be united and civilized. Suffice to say, Goji -- the 'lox who thought himself a dragon -- couldn't fit into the conversionist's society. He fled to the Great Marshes, after finding his home overtaken by colonists.

His initial journey into the Great Marshes caught the attention of some nearby cartographers, one cautious, but both welcoming. It had been a while since they had last seen a wild-lox so far inland, but they welcomed Goji into the region, helping him find a secluded portion of the marsh for him to regain his footing.

Goji now lives inside of a cavern, hidden inside a rotting tree log, where his hoard has grown twice the size of his original. Although he no longer believes himself a dragon, he still practices his magic diligently, switching from his dreams of fire-breathing to a better-suited water-breath. Who taught him magic in the first place is a mystery to other 'loxes. Could Goji really have been raised by a dragon?
