Commissions
> I have the right to refuse a request or commission without written or verbal reason. (Though I most likely will give reason)
> Don't rush me. You are allowed to ask for updates every once in a while, though!

> I might not be the quickest due to motivation and memory loss, feel free to give me reminders!
Ownership and Usage
> I may use the image as an example when needed.
> You may display the completed image publicly with credit.
> You may crop the art to be used as a banner/icon/pagedoll/ect. with credit.
> You may not obstruct my signature or put your own over it.
> You may not trace, edit or in any way alter the image.
> You may not display the completed image anywhere without appropriate credit.
> You may make and sell merch of a design IF you pay a commercial fee (Please ask me if you intend to do this)
> You may make my designs into a NSFW design as long as they are of age.
> You need to give credit to the design if you make merch or sell prints of said design.
> You must have a Toyhouse to own a design from me, you cannot own my designs off-site without permission.
> You may co-own characters you get from me with anyone as long as they're not blacklisted - you can ask me if someone is blacklisted to make sure.
> Once you buy a character, you may not sell it for a higher price until you add art onto it.
> You may not claim to be the creator of the design.
Reselling, Trading and Gifting
> You may resell or trade an adopt as long as it's not being sold for more than what you paid unless it comes with extra art - paid or personal.
> You may not resell or trade a design that has been given to you for free unless you have commissioned art of them.
> You may gift or give away a character for free in any way you like. (NOTE: A DTA (Draw To Adopt) is not classified as free, it takes time and effort.)
> If I ask for you to inform me when you place them UFT, then please inform me.
> You may not immediately trade or sell a design after getting it (Think within the same day or two).
Redesigning and Tweaking
> You are free to make edits (gender, markings, clothing etc..) to the character as long as the adopt is still recognizable.
> You may turn any species design of mine into a non-species as long as the species allows it.
> You may turn any non-species design of mine into a species as long as the species allows it.
