Benton Bell

Benton Bell is a modified Spin Doctor, its main directives being to perform repairs on other cogs, and patrol for toons at night. He is most commonly spotted in Ye Olde Toontown and Drowsy Dreamland, but has been occasionally seen in other Playgrounds. Benton is a part of the mysterious "Skeleton Crew," a specific division of C.O.G.S. Inc. created to "finish jobs quickly and efficiently," (whatever that may mean...). Benton is fascinated by toons, and wants to understand "what makes them tick." He's often avoided by other cogs, for fear that they will perform some "unanticipated" repairs.
