- You may only sell the design if extra commissioned art (or added artwork) is included! Otherwise it is trade-only if no additional art has been added.
- Note: Mutuals and/or friends, feel free to ask on this. If it's of urgency, I have no issue allowing you to sell my designs as an exception. As long as this is not being misused/abused and for good reason (WITH permission), then you will be allowed to sell the design on my behalf. It'll just be noted on the design for later and/or future reference for others to see when it happened.
- You are only allowed to gift if the character was gifted to you by me! do not sell/trade the character after I gifted them to you. It would be unfair to me. :(
- Please inform me if selling/trading/giving away a design! I may want to offer to get them back! Goes for my trade account and/or UFO folder on my main (here).
- You do not have to keep them stylized as I drew them! I mostly make Sonic/Mobian designs, so the character doesn't have to remain Mobian after new ownership. After all they belong to you now!
- If you helped create a character or had initial character creation, you MAY send me a request or vice-versa.
- If you have a character that has its permissions changed/different than my normal set, feel free to contact me about changing it so you can get it on listings! I just have a hard time updating all my designs, even through manager. :')
