Originally from Drowsy Dreamland, Rainy left home to work on healing both toons and cogs as part of the Toon Resistance. She's a captain of the group Party Pals, and even though she feels like she's in over her head a lot of the time, does her best both in and out of combat to take care of her teammates and friends. She's soft-spoken and worries about being clumsy, but more often than not it's just her anxiety talking.

Is very close with the manager Featherbedder, but won't open up so easily as to why. She also looks up to her team leader, Fancy, quite a lot and aspires to be that confident someday.
