Electric-Type Trainer who grew up thinking he was going to be the next gym leader after his Dad until he lost a leg at a young age to an accident involving trying to rescue pokemon, and then his mother decided that was it, he was too fragile, he should absolutely stay home. He didn't like this, and struck out on his pokemon journey despite it. Determined if rash, Cooper hates being told what to do. He can be quite sulky, but he dotes on his Pokemon.
