• Gale was originally going to be a sad and generic university freshman until he was changed to be a cameraman 
• His whole namesake is a Hunger Games reference both first and last name
• Valerie and Gale once lived with each other at some point of their life before Parker came in
• Following with Valerie and Gale, they don't remember how they met but they're still (good-ish) friends
• Gale has difficulty of talking in some situations and does tend to depend on a writing medium to talk
• Along with difficulty of speech, he also has difficulty with auditorial processing
• His paper face acts similar to Kedamono's mask in Popee the Performer
• The paper is worn for unspecified reasons; more or so it's likely for comfort reasons as to not show his face to the public, he is only seen without it when he's around people he's comfortable with (Parker, Valerie, etc)
• Gale is allergic to cats although owns a Siamese cat named Onion Ring for a couple of years now and a Maine Coon named Marzipan as of recent

with his partner Parker they both capture just about every scoop and you are now in front of the camera lens. He doesn't speak much and lets his coworker do all the talking. This guy can take a bunch of hits and give you one hell of a punch in return. And yes, he does have a face under that.
