Mizuko is a free-lancer and a member of an infamous trio of mages. She specializes in both stalling and defensive tactics. She is known to summon great rainstorms and subsequent floods to keep invaders from capturing small towns and villages. Such actions generally prevent a swift invasion of the side of the attackers, as heavy armor and muddy water can become a deadly combination. Mizuko also enjoys a certain amount of control over bodies of water. She can create devastating waves, which are used to wipe out entire troops.

As far as her personality goes, Mizuko is generally up-beat and optimistic. She has a tendency to not take things seriously until the situation becomes dangerous. She is seen as the most extroverted of the group, though Evan and Camilla are no introverts. People take her to be very honest and genuine, as she never tries to downplay a situation.
