Ina Gunnr is a graduate of Shuuetsu's German academy. She came to work for COSPRO's advertising department but wound up Crazy:B's personal producer.
She's higly focused, highly motivated, but can be a thrown into a panic in an instant. She's sweet as honey on the surface, which hides her pent up frustration and her willingness to play dirty. She may not be in the position she wanted to be in, but her nature to take care of those close to her makes her put her all into the growth of Crazy:B and COSPRO itself. Helps her mother with her flower shop despite not being on the best terms with her.
Personality
Ina is a typical creative intellectual- she tries her best around people but is quite introverted and reserved. She's one who gets into intense focus sessions and will lose track of time as she gets through her to-do list. Because of this, she has astounding levels of completed quality work, earning her some level of attention and respect.
Unfortunately, this comes with the drawback of her taking care of everything and everyone on her own at the sacrifice of herself. She's now fequently scolded by those who are becoming more acquainted with her- mainly Crazy:B and Ibara. She's slowly learning that things like breaks or rewards are something she doesn't need to earn, but should partake in more often.
When someone does get her to cut loose, she's usually very passionate about fashion, nature, and art. She enjoys boardgames and movies, cooking and puzzle solving. She's reluctant to admit she gets really into gambling.
Background
She was born to a single mother and to a surprisingly responsible father who supported them despite having no desire to marry. She started her life in Japan and had a very happy and normal early childhood. But that changed around the age of 7, when her mother decided she should set Ina on a career path that she could live vicariously through. She wanted Ina to be something akin to an idol or model, so she was pushed into song and dance lessons and child pageants. Her mother became so obsessed with this 2nd life, she started to become bitter and irrational when it came to Ina.
At age 11, her father came back to Japan and asked for her custody. He wanted his daughter to receive a better education and was willing to pay her mother enough to keep her shop running monthly and more. From Ina's memory, it was a no brain decision her mother took the offer. She lived the rest of her teenage life in Germany. Her father was rich, so she lived a pretty comfortable life and was able to get into other hobbies like collectable jewelry and judo. While her mother was a micromanager, her father was the opposite. All he pushed upon her was to keep her studies up and to stay out of trouble. He provide her with an allowance, and because he was bad at interacting, replaced a lot of bonding with just more money. She wouldn't complain, but like any normal person she wished there was more sense of a fatherly figure in her life.
She graduated from Shuuetsu's German academy through a business course with a focus on advertising. Showing some independance (and sure...maybe missing her mom) she decided to go back to Japan to start her career there. Using her connection to Shuuetsu, she got an interview in COSPRO. Determined to be an individual, she dressed in fashion that suited her own senses and wanted to present herself as a confident and artsy person as she entered the office. It was at this time, Crazy:B had just chased off a potential producer and the ones in charge were trying to pin someone new to them. They took one look at Ina, who was dressed inspried by her favorite animal- a honey bee and decided to throw caution into the wind and her to the bees.
She's luckily a very quick learner, and is doing her best to handle the shenanigans that comes with working with Rinne, Niki, and the system of Ensemble Square.

Rinne Amagi
They have a great amount of respect for one another, but are seen fighting more often than not. Rinne is the master at pressing her buttons and making her act out in ways she hides from anyone else. She was easily manipulated by him before she understood the ES system. Her man handling him physically has gone from a surprising concern to a normal running gag to their unitmates.
• He has nicknamed her "B-cup" after the faux flowers she wears (Buttercups) and not the size of her chest.
• They will sometimes use card games to settle disagreements.
• She takes him up on gambling occassionally.
Niki Shiina
Since coming back to Japan, Niki has become her best friend and first branch of her support system. Though his nonchalant attitude towards idol work sometimes is the source of her stress. They're cooking buddies, as she wants to get her skills to his level.
• She'll stay at Niki's apartment if she misses the last subway or is fighting with her mother.
• She really loves playing with his hair and making it "cute".
HiMERU
Though HiMERU has been very considerate towards her personally, he's very blunt when it comes to her work and will tell her if he likes or dislikes what she does point blank. This makes her a little timid to bring up ideas to him or to let him watch her draw and make plans. HiMERU shows the most concern for her overworking and is often the one convincing her to take breaks or to stop for the day.
• HiMERU will often lie about needing her to come do something to get her out of the office and she always falls for it.
Kohaku Oukawa
They bond over sharing facinating articles, pictures, and cat videos over text. She finds him super cute and wants to spoil him like a little brother, and he's growing accustomed to letting her treat him like that since it makes her happy. His involvement with Double Face is a great cause of concern for her and puts her opinions of Madara all over the place.
Ibara Saegusa
Technically her boss who she purposely tried to butter up at first cause she saw him as her gateway to climbing the corporate ladder. She took a page out of 2Wink's book and adopted the greeting salute and found any openings to speak with and compliment him. She threw herself into work to show off to him, stayed late with him, learned from him, brought him solutions... yeah, she's devloped the biggest crush on him. She loves his work ethic and even his boisterous "villian" side.
Likewise, he was also trying to get close to her to gain audience with her hard-to-reach father to talk business. But he may also have emotions getting in the way of his original goals.
• She brings a 2nd bento to lunch everyday in hopes she can give it to him and he'd actually eat it.
• Sometimes she gets "inspired" by Ibara playing villian, but runs a bit too far with the ideas. He's had to stop her or cover evidence of her petty crimes.
• He sometimes comes to his office to find her sleeping on his couch.
Keito Hasumi
Nearly a year of her working at ES, she visited a temple she often went to as a kid. Obviously this turned out to be Keito's family temple and they came to the realization they used to play with each other when they were little. From that, they've started talking to each other a lot more and are on familiar first-name-basis terms. This sometimes causes gossip to spread about them.
• Keito got her into manga and gives her recommendations or lets her borrow some.
• She thinks his unitmate Kuro is extremely hot. She'll lose focus if he's around.(◕♡◕)
