IMPORTANT

Purchasing my art or designs (even if secondhand) means you automatically must follow my tos. Repeated breaks will result in warnings, then a blacklist.

Please note that even if a character has changed species (such as a pony to vesper) it still qualifys as my design, the new designer is only a redesigner, therefore you must still follow this tos.

Adding to above, do NOT push your tos on my designs. As stated above, even if species are changed it is sitll my creation and art. It MUST follow my tos.

「 Designs 」

Do not sell a design of mine until 2 weeks has passed. This goes for any species. You may ask me before the 2 weeks and it is likely i will let you sell early! (NOTE: This still applies even if you got the design secondhand)

If changing species, please ask me beforehand. If approved, my credit must be on the ref of the character. "Original design by: Archir_ion." works just fine for me! (NOTE: other forms such as a humanoid/furry/etc does not apply to this rule, this is mostly for CS where i go uncredited.)

ASK if you wish to overhaul a design. I do not mind minor redesigns, but massive changes i would like to be notified of!

Do not sell for more than you paid for. If additional art was commissioned/created, then you can ignore this rule.

Do not heavily reference my designs and work.

Do not edit my art under any circumstances

PLEASE POST TO TOYHOU.SE WITHIN THE DAY OF RECEIVING. Makes it easier for me to find my designs and track. (Credit Archir_ion on th!)

Adding to the rule above, all my recent designs must be uploaded to th so i can track it and be credited.

This is not a strict rule. But please try to inform me if you trade/sell/etc, I like seeing where my designs go! but I won't murder you if you forget <3

If selling, check my blacklist. If you are caught trading/selling/etc my designs to blacklisted users, you may get added yourself.
