Personality: Anxious and easily intimidated or frightened, especially after an incident with one of his 'friends', but not beyond reason. Anxiety aside, Lumbrier is kind and caring, and sometimes even a little bit sarcastic, having a soft spot for children.

Backstory: Lumbrier was adopted by a member of a family trying to establish a clan, much to some of her family members' distaste. He was very sensitive as a child and discovered his element to be of abnormal mastery, much of his adoptive family his age picked on him to get a reaction out of him because of it, with Infernier's blood brother going a bit too far and leaving Lumbrier with a scar under his right eye. Once he was drafted after finishing his schooling, he was placed as a scribe for his 2 years of service. He had wished to be a Healer, but was far too afraid to be near battle grounds and met by maimed and dying soldiers. 

     After trying to find his footing once his mandatory service was over, he took up being a Caretaker, often looking after his or other families' children when they weren't able to, and there are times that individual(s) from notable families/clans ask for him to look after they're younger members. Years later his closest friend and him had an alarmingly disturbing interaction that ended up being classified by Lumbrier's clan, his friend's words ultimately perturbing Lumbrier to the point of him not being able to be outside of his home during the night.

Abilities: 

     Element: Lumbrier's element has been proven to be of Abnormal mastery, and isn't able to control it, often either breathing a flame of underwhelming size or creating a dangerously powerful explosion whenever he tries to use his element.  

     Magic: Since his element is unable to be put under control, Lumbrier decided to focus primarily on his magic. He had planned to be a healer during his 2 years of service, so he practiced his magic excessively to be able to treat and heal wounds while he finished his schooling, but when the time came he was too afraid to be involved in war grounds, and pleaded to be put in a neutral role.

     Physical: Lumbrier is lanky, being a bit shorter than average making him be intimidated by other dragons by their height alone.

Relationships:

     Infernier: Infernier cares about Lumbrier dearly, he always did his best to protect him from his brother and cousins, even if he was only a child himself. Infernier is one of the closest dragons to Lumbrier, though in their adulthood have not been able to see each other as often because of Infernier being a soldier. It's rare that they get into arguments, but the main things that would make them fight were Lumbrier's occupation (preferring his brother to be a soldier instead of a nanny) and his friend, Clayd

     Clayd: Lumbrier became close friends with Clayd while they were flight mates, being the only dragon to not avoid him for being 'odd'. They both bonded over their mutual interest in practicing their magic. After an incident that is now considered classified however, their friendship broke, with Clayd reportedly going missing almost instantly after

     Geodis: Lumbrier and Geodis mainly know each other from Clayd, since Geodis is Clayd's partner and all, but they are good friends. It is unknown to Lumbrier, but she sees him as her little brother

     Auloretta: A wind dragon that Lumbrier met while on deployment, Auloretta and him developed a friendly relationship with each other, enough for Auloretta to encourage him to use her nickname, 'Lotta'. Lumbrier, though unknown to Auloretta, had crushed on her basically ever since they met. However, as of early 3016 the both of them have confessed how they feel about each other, but even after it hadn't gone as Lumbrier had expected, he's still in love with her.

     Fahrenhise: Lumbrier met Fahrenhise while he was visiting a tavern called the Silver Cask; she'd helped him pick out a drink after she noticed he was unsure of what to order. The two of them became acquainted after chatting for a bit, sharing with each other which places they'd like to visit one day.

     Miasmar: Him and Lumbrier feel bitter to say the least when it comes to how they feel about each other. Miasmar terrorized Lumbrier for the majority of their younger years, going as far as leaving his adoptive brother with a scar. 

Trivia:

• Before adapting his design to DI canon, Lumbrier was just yellow and orange with blue eyes; he didn't have spikes on his shoulders and legs either, along with his tail and wing spades changing as well.
• Lumbrier's original name from years ago was Stripe.
• In Lumbrier's old design, he was always seen with a blue collar with a crystal on, though now in his DI design, there hasn't been a coherent way to include it.
